Job Summary:
The Project Administrator will assist and support assigned Project Manager(s) in executing project objectives and deliverables. The role includes planning activities in alignment with project goals, coordinating administrative tasks, managing project documentation, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. This role is not accountable for the overall delivery of projects but is critical in helping maintain project efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project and Program Managers on ongoing projects
- Assist in the creation and distribution of status reports
- Follow up on action items and deliverables
- Document meeting minutes and ensure distribution to stakeholders
- Update and maintain project tracking tools (e.g., Clarizen)
- Support the coordination of scheduling and resource management activities
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic computer skills and general tech literacy
- Experience with documentation and task tracking tools
- Familiarity with project collaboration tools like SharePoint
- Clarizen experience
- Exposure to Agile tools like Jira
- Familiarity with Clarity PPM
- Understanding of IT standards, project lifecycles (PMLC, SDLC, IDLC)
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently after receiving direction
- Leadership potential and professional attitude
