Job Details
Job Description:
- Follow a detailed procedure to assemble and test radio products consisting of various printed circuit boards, mechanical enclosures, shields, and electrical interconnects.
- Perform hand soldering of fine-pitch surface mount components using microscopes and advanced rework stations.
- Incorporate engineering change orders (ECOs) on PCB assemblies, ensuring accurate updates and modifications as per revised specifications.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring up-to-date calibration and accurate lab inventory.
- Coordinate, order, and prioritize various electronic and mechanical components, including surface mount devices, connectors, fasteners, and chassis parts. Maintain an accurate inventory of such components and establish lab coordination systems.
- Demonstrated ability in precision soldering.
- Experience in lab management is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, effective record-keeping, and the ability to communicate clearly.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
