We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Services Technician to join a dynamic IT support team. This role involves providing desktop and network support across multiple counties in a designated region. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Services Technician to join a dynamic IT support team. This role involves providing desktop and network support across multiple counties in a designated region. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for desktop and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Outlook, Office 365, Exchange, and other enterprise applications.
- Perform hardware support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Assist with software installations, upgrades, and deployments.
- Act as on-site support for server teams, following remote instructions.
- Handle password resets, printing/scanning issues, and LAN connectivity problems.
- Maintain and install desktop systems as needed.
- Travel within a 1-hour radius to support end users in surrounding areas (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided).
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in helpdesk, desktop, and network communications support.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Exchange, Office 365, and basic server environments.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently.
- Familiarity with disk imaging tools, antivirus programs, and workstation security.
