Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead with 15 20 years of experience in project delivery from offshore team. He/She is responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects or products within an organization. This role blends elements of project management, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination often within Agile environments.
Delivery Lead oversees the successful execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business goals. He/She coordinates cross-functional teams, manage project scope and timelines, and resolve delivery challenges. Operating in Agile or hybrid environments, He/She facilitates collaboration, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders to maintain transparency. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in project management and software development. Delivery Lead drives continuous improvement, foster team accountability, and ensure client satisfaction. Certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are often preferred for this dynamic and results-driven role.

Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management
Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects or product streams.
Define delivery goals, milestones, and success metrics.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and technology strategies.
Track progress using Agile or traditional methodologies.
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and QA teams.
Resolve blockers and escalate issues when necessary.
Foster a high-performing, cross-functional team culture.

Reporting & Governance
Provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
Maintain delivery documentation including roadmaps, plans, and user stories.
Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to improve team velocity and quality.
Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.

Technical Oversight
Guide solution design and architecture decisions.
Oversee development and testing phases.
Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Continuous Improvement
Champion Agile and Lean principles.
Promote iterative delivery and early value realization.
Facilitate team reflection and process optimization.
