Description
We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our team in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee the development and scaling of innovative digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in product management to make a significant impact in the transport industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and lifecycle management of digital products from concept to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies and deliver high-quality solutions.
Translate business objectives and customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with Agile methodologies.
Influence technical teams to implement effective strategies and solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
Oversee digital transformation initiatives, focusing on SaaS products and customer-centric solutions.
Utilize tools such as Jira, Aha!, and Confluence to streamline product management workflows.
Provide clear documentation, guidance, and training to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Analyze complex problems and develop strategic solutions to enhance product performance.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital product management, including roles as a product owner and product manager.
Proven ability to successfully launch and scale digital products in technology-driven environments.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Aha!, Confluence, and other product management software.
Certification in CargoWise One and knowledge of API integrations.
Experience with database management and Microsoft SQL.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
Background in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations is highly preferred.
