About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise technology strategy and execution. This is a senior executive role for a proven technology leader with deep expertise in financial services, mortgage, banking, or FinTech. You'll shape the organization's technology vision, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business growth and innovation.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across engineering, product, security, QA, and IT support.
- Oversee modernization, upgrades, and system stability.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.
- Drive business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies to enhance operations and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or IT.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership, including 5+ years as a CIO or equivalent.
- Proven success leading technology teams in financial services or FinTech.
- Expertise in IT systems, architecture, security, and Agile SDLC.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Technical Background
- Modern frameworks (.NET or similar), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), enterprise architecture.
- CRM, loan management systems, and emerging tech like generative AI.
