Job Details
- Act as a liaison between business users (Operations, Compliance, Technology) and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements.
- Analyze and document functional and technical requirements related to Client Impact.
- Support system configuration, new functionality deployment, and module enhancements within the Impact platform.
- Execute functional testing (UAT), data validation, and assist in migration processes.
- Coordinate with Client and external vendors to resolve issues, implement upgrades, and manage system enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of business processes, system parameters, and configuration settings.
- Contribute to regulatory and operational efficiency projects involving the platform.
- The ideal candidate will possess both functional expertise in capital markets operations and solid technical capabilities, enabling them to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of the Impact system.
