Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Gen AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)

  • Build and optimize prompts, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines

  • Fine-tune models on custom datasets to improve performance

  • Integrate AI capabilities into products via APIs and automation workflows

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI features

  • Ensure model accuracy, security, governance, and responsible AI compliance


Required Skills:

  • Strong Python skills; experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)

  • Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)

  • Familiarity with MLOps, data preprocessing, and pipeline deployment

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
