Job Posting: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Technical Consultant (Techno-Functional)-W2 Only
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Duration: Long-Term Contract / Full Time
We are looking for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Technical Consultant with solid hands-on experience in ORC integrations, reporting, data loads, and workflow configuration. This role requires strong technical skills with a good understanding of the functional Recruiting lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop ORC integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL.
- Build OTBI/BIP recruiting reports, custom dashboards, and analytics.
- Create and maintain offer letter templates, screening questionnaires, and approval workflows.
- Design Fast Formulas for eligibility, validation, approval routing, and data transformations.
- Lead data migration of candidates, requisitions, templates, screening questions, and job models.
- Build Redwood/VBCS extensions for recruiter and candidate pages.
- Troubleshoot ORC workflows, integrations, and reporting issues.
- Support CRP, SIT, UAT testing cycles and help users validate recruiting transactions.
- Collaborate with HR/TA teams to gather functional requirements and optimize recruiting processes.
Required Skills
- 4 6+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to ORC.
- Strong experience with OIC, REST APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BIP.
- Hands-on experience with ORC integrations (job boards, background checks, onboarding systems).
- Good functional knowledge of requisition candidate offer hiring flow.
- Experience troubleshooting ORC transactions, approvals, notifications, and UI extensions.
Preferred
- Oracle HCM/ORC certification
- Experience migrating data from legacy ATS (Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, SuccessFactors)
