Job Title: Senior WAM Functional Architect
Location: Laurel, MD (onsite)
Pay rate: OPEN FOR NEGOTIATION

Contract Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension/being permanent)

Position Description:

• Prepare and document functional designs and solutions for Work Asset Management in Oracle WAM 2.3/2.4 based on functional requirements, specifications, business process models, and other functional input.
• Participate in designing and validating/reviewing technical solutions.
• Guide the development team to utilize the appropriate plugin algorithms
• Configure Oracle WAM 2.3/2.4 per requirements, design, and recommended solution.
• Suggest and validate solution options for the requirements.
• Validate functional requirements and develop detailed functional specifications.
• Prepare test plans and validate the functionality of configured modules and tie them back to requirements.
• Assist in test script generation and result validation.

Skills Required:

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle WAM capabilities
• Real-life Oracle WAM implementation experience in two or more full life cycle projects and at least one implementation of Oracle WAM 2.3/2.4 version of the product
• Good communication skills

Experience Required:

• 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years experience in configuring Oracle Work Asset Management System (WAM)

Education Required:

• Bachelor s degree in information technology or computer science
