Description
Job Responsibilities:
Intake, coordinate and prioritize marketing projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with project objectives and deadlines
Oversee campaign execution, from planning to execution, and maintain a detailed project schedule, tracking progress and providing updates to key stakeholders, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
Serve as the main point of contact for marketing requests, communicating project status and managing expectations
Collaborate with creative, content, campaign, data, and other marketing leads to ensure all assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Conduct regular meetings with both internal teams and Bottlers to review project status, marketing promotional calendars, and propose solutions to improve workflow efficiency
Continuously assess and improve project management processes across Monday.com and other MarTech platforms, implementing best practices and tools to streamline operations
Spearhead monthly performance routines with participating internal stakeholders and Bottlers, owning and continuously optimizing templates, reporting practices, and routine logistics.
Develop and implement marketing operations strategies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
Manage and maintain the marketing team's time allocation, tracking project resources and ensuring cost-effective allocation.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a project manager, operations manager, or in a similar role within the Consumer Goods industry or marketing agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and project management methodologies
Proficiency in marketing automation and website content process is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Monday.com, Asana or Workfront with the ability to envision and build dashboards and tracking systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within CONA and Bottler teams.
