Role: Martech Lead / Adobe Target Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months

- Execution & Hands-On Delivery
- Build, launch, and manage A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable insights.
- Create, refine, and activate advanced audience segments based on customer behavior, profiles, and predictive models.
- Configure and deploy personalized experiences across web, mobile, and other digital touchpoints.
- Troubleshoot and optimize campaign performance through hands-on use of Adobe Target.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target in an enterprise environment.
- Proven track record in segmentation, multivariate testing, and personalization at scale.
- Strong technical understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Analytics, AEP/RT-CDP, AEM).
- Ability to design and execute advanced testing methodologies (multivariate, holdout groups, personalization algorithms).
- Solid grasp of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support hands-on execution.
- Analytical mindset with experience using statistical methods to evaluate test results.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for both technical and business audiences.
