Specific Experience and Services Required
- Experience with Office 365 Suite, Office Apps, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Experience with SCCM to package applications for release to user images for laptops and desktops
- Experience maintaining patches on desktop computers with Microsoft, operating environments
- Experience with utilizing Intune as a mobile device management platform
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience providing technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Must be able to work independently or in a team environment with other technicians and work well multi-tasking various helpdesk related efforts
- Participate in customer team meetings to gather business and technical requirements for a Refresh and Renew project
- Develop and maintain documentation on usage of system programs for reference and reuse
- Excellent communication skills
