Job Title: IT Project Manager ( GIS)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite as needed) Local candidates preferred

Experience with signal and/or traffic operations (GIS) is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college coursework or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM)
- Familiarity with GIS systems or signal operations workflows
- Advanced proficiency in document and process management
Job Description:
- Manage and support technology projects in both Agile and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, engineering teams, and fellow PMs across technical and non-technical domains.
- Lead project meetings, develop charters, and produce project kickoff documentation (scope, business drivers, timelines, etc.).
- Maintain project dashboards, boards, and reports using Jira, ServiceNow, and related tools.
- Monitor project schedules and progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint reviews) and support Kanban/Scrum practices.
- Prepare and archive documentation including meeting notes, process guides, and status updates.
- Identify and escalate issues, risks, and inefficiencies where necessary.
- Ensure effective communication channels exist for teams to report updates or blockers.
- Use scheduling tools in Microsoft Outlook including Scheduling Assistant.
- Drive alignment with priorities, processes, and best practices across technical teams.
