Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ.
Design and deliver scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with best practices.
Collaborate with developers and admins to implement enhancements, integrations, and system configurations.
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement within the Quote-to-Cash cycle.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Provide ongoing support and training to end users.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (configuration, pricing rules, product bundles, approvals, etc.).
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
