What you will do:

  • Design, configure, and maintain data security solutions across endpoints, email, cloud, and network environments; develop and continuously improve policies based on business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Integrate DLP with other security platforms, monitor and optimize technical components by tuning rules to reduce false positives, and manage exceptions
  • Drive change management and adoption of data protection initiatives; collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to understand data flows and align controls with organizational needs

What you will need to be successful:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data security engineering with demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MIP labels, Purview DLP), enterprise DLP administration, and integration with other security platforms
  • 7+ years of information security experience with 2+ years in a senior-level engineering role
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to lead technical projects and collaborate in global environments
