Full Job Description:

We are looking for an Ironclad CLM Technical Developer who would be working on the Ironclad platform, a contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution, focusing on the technical aspects of contract creation, management, and integration. This role involves using programming languages, APIs, and other technical tools to build and maintain features, integrations, and workflows within the Ironclad system.

  • Hands-on experience with Ironclad Contract Lifecyle system implementation
  • Led full-lifecycle implementation of Ironclad
  • Strong background in solution design, with the ability to architect complex systems.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end workshops and whiteboarding sessions.
  • Deep expertise in Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM),
