Description

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Danbury, Connecticut. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless operation across various systems and devices. This is a great opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Android devices, Apple products, and other hardware platforms.
Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, ensuring accurate configuration and user access.
Support configuration and management of Windows 10 operating systems and related software.
Collaborate on the deployment and maintenance of backup technologies to safeguard critical data.
Work with Cisco and Citrix technologies to ensure optimal network and application performance.
Diagnose and repair Dell hardware to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Implement and oversee configuration management processes to ensure system stability.
Assist in the installation and setup of computer systems, peripherals, and software.
Provide user training and documentation to enhance overall system utilization and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting across various platforms.
Proficiency in Android development and Apple device management.
Strong knowledge of Cisco and Citrix technologies.
Familiarity with computer hardware, including Dell systems.
Expertise in Active Directory and configuration management.
Solid understanding of Windows 10 and related applications.
Experience with backup technologies and their implementation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
