Position: Sr. CSV Engineer
Location: Muskegon, MI - onsite, 5 days a week
Type: W2 Contract

Must Have's:
Validation of OT Systems such as DeltaV, manufacturing floor familiarity, life science background.

JD from HM:

• The Validation Specialist carries out quality control checks on engineering project work under the supervision of the Validation Lead, Automation Lead and Project Manager.
• Perform initial CSV at client site for systems including DeltaV, Historian, MES, ABB as well as other DCS and OT systems.
• They will review and approve risk assessment link to CSV of systems. Collaborate with the other departments, within their respective areas of responsibility for Change Management and for developing regulatory documentation.
• Support all validation activities for OT systems such as IQ, OQ, SAT, PQ.

Summary:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in MES, Emerson DeltaV, and other DCS systems, as well as CSV.
This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to MES, Emerson DeltaV, and other DCS systems to ensure they meet company standards and objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with CSV requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project management processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
• Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve project outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong background in MES, Emerson DeltaV, and other DCS systems with proven experience in managing complex projects.
• Demonstrate expertise in CSV and its application in project management.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address project challenges and risks.
• Have a track record of successfully managing projects in a hybrid work model environment.
• Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements
