IT Strat Sourcing Anlyt Sr

The IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst Senior is responsible for executing procurement processes including, negotiations with vendors across all spend levels, focusing on high-complexity IT goods and services contracts. This role ensures contracts align with strategic business needs and contract requirements. Works with senior leadership to coordinate all duties associated with the acquisition of hardware, software, telecom, or service needs for IT. Functions as a Procurement advisor to provide input on business strategies, supplier selection, and technology and industry changes that may impact processes. Presents recommendations and seeks approval, from a technical and financial vantage point to the CIO, CFO, and IT Business Leaders for medium to large deals in terms. Manages multiple active engagement deals concurrently, typically involving medium to higher dollar deals and complexity.

- The contractor will be working with appropriate stakeholders to assist with HR Transformation vendor integrations that require contracts and statements of work.

- The contractor will work with negotiators on the team and will assist them with multiple tasks, as well as their own deals (they'll be shown what to do)

- The contractor will be leveraging Excel to conduct pricing analysis, net present value of deals and other financial measures

- Contractor will need to perform contract submission, routing, approval, and purchase order execution in COUPA (source-to-pay tool)

-Bachelor's Degree in a business or related discipline (e.g., Business Management) and a minimum of four years of experience in business, sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships.

-In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years related work experience in business, sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships may be accepted.
