Job Title: Research Data Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Location: Hybrid Cambridge

Type: Project-Based Contract

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Data Coordinator to support ongoing preclinical in vivo studies. This entry-level, project-based role is ideal for a recent graduate with a background in life sciences who is eager to contribute to cutting-edge research. The successful candidate will assist scientists and study directors by accurately documenting study protocols and assay data in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and supporting cross-functional reporting needs.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Support preclinical study teams by entering and managing in vivo assay data in LIMS.


  • Document experimental protocols and ensure accurate data capture.


  • Generate standardized reports to support study reviews and decision-making.


  • Collaborate closely with scientists, study directors, informatics, and IT staff.


  • Assist in maintaining data integrity and adherence to internal research documentation standards.






Qualifications:


Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.


  • Familiarity with in vivo studies, biological assays, or animal research protocols.


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.


  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.


  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced research environment.



Preferred:


  • Experience using LIMS or other scientific data management systems.


  • Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Spotfire, Excel pivot tables).


  • Understanding of lab regulatory or data integrity practices.
