Network and Provider Scrum Master + Project Manager
- Experience managing large platform modernization or transformational projects/programs.
- Preferred tools include:
- Jira, IBM RTC( Rational Team Concert), IBM RRC (Rational Requirement Composer)
- Clarity (for budget management), SharePoint, QuickBase and other Microsoft office tools
- Dual responsibilities are mandatory:
- Serving as both Scrum Master and Project Manager.
- Budget management responsibilities include resource hours/costs, SOW, infrastructure, and cloud expenses.
- Experience managing Agile and Hybrid projects (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.).
- Proficient in developing detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations (skilled in PowerPoint).
- Experienced in providing status updates, including risk and issue updates, to senior leadership.
- Capable of facilitating both technical and business discussions.
- Previous work experience with CVS/Aetna is preferred.
- Preferred experience in healthcare/insurance and network/provider domain
