Job Description:
Need experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in the insurance industry. The Agile BA will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure delivery of customer-focused insurance solutions.

Roles & Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand and document business needs, processes, and requirements.
- Elicit and document user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria aligned with agile principles.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to ensure clarity and prioritization of work.
- Partner with underwriting, claims, policy administration, and billing teams to streamline processes and implement digital solutions.
- Analyze and improve insurance workflows (e.g., policy issuance, claims management, renewals, endorsements, compliance).
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by developing test scenarios and ensuring requirements traceability.
- Maintain alignment between business goals and technical solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation or digital enhancement.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
The salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all U.S. locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Final compensation decisions will depend on the unique facts and circumstances of each candidate.
