Job Details
Provides technical support to internal clients on existing problems, escalates as appropriate.
Monitors trends and results from technical support calls to advises senior team members on performance of existing systems.
5-10 years of experience in the Oracle EPM space. Knowledge of Oracle EPM suite
- TRCS (all aspects including administration, workflow/task manager, business rules, Data Management, Reporting, Smartview)
- FCCS (all aspects including administration, workflow/task manager, business rules, Data Management, Reporting, Smartview)
- EPRCS
- Essbase technology
- Ability to Collaboration with the CIS functional team and work with Business Stakeholders from each of the operating companies, controllership, and tax to design and build system and process improvements.
- Ability to support month/quarter/year end close
