Job Description:
>> Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR Technology projects and teams.
>> Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and Prism.
>> Hands-on experience with building Prism pipelines, data transformations, and managing high volumes of data within the Workday Prism Analytics platform.
>> Proficiency in data blending, joins and relationship modeling in Prism.
>> Strong understanding of Workday core HCM, Workday security.
>> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adopt to frequent changes.
>> Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
>> Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
>> Design, build and manage Prism datasets, derived data sources to meet reporting and analytics needs.
>> Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
>> Design and manage Prism data pipelines - ingestion , transformation and modeling data within Workday.
>> Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) Lead for Workday Prism and related data integrated solutions.
>> Participate in system testing, troubleshooting and deployment support.
>> Provided expertise on Workday capabilities and industry best practices.
>> Performance Optimization
>> Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Prism developers and analyst.
>> Agile Experience
>> Experience using Rally Agile tool
>> Experience in SQL and Workday Extend
