Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infor XA Specialist to join our team. This is a fully remote position with flexible working arrangements, aligning with PST hours. The ideal candidate will have a modern skill set and the ability to independently build and complete complex projects within the Infor XA ecosystem.

As an Infor XA Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and modernize our ERP systems, providing solutions that drive efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement projects within the Infor XA ERP system, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Perform customization, configuration, and enhancement of Infor XA modules to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvement.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Infor XA-related issues.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Infor XA and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ERP solutions and recommend improvements accordingly.
  • Mentor and support team members to enhance their understanding of Infor XA.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor XA (Powerlink, Integrator, or other modules).
  • Strong experience in modern programming languages and tools used in Infor XA development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project lifecycle management, including scoping, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with database structures and SQL as they relate to ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
