Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the IBM Identity and Access Management product suite, including ISV (IBM Security Verify), ISVG (Governance), and ISVA (Access).
  • Design, architect, and implement IBM technical solutions for identity, access, governance, and SaaS-based security infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and align them with IBM ISV solutions.
  • Conduct detailed research and evaluations of new IBM technologies and capabilities to recommend adoption paths that meet current and future organizational security needs.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting, optimization, and support for IBM ISV environments.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and integration playbooks.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts across the IAM team.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; IBM Certified Administrator Security Verify SaaS certification (preferred or in-progress).
  • Experience with cloud-based IAM deployments (IBM ISV SME)
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify (ISV, ISVA, ISVG) implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of identity federation, SSO, MFA, LDAP, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and related protocols.
  • Experience integrating IBM ISV with enterprise applications and directories (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, etc.).
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and design security solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, agile environments.
  • IBM Certified Administrator Security Verify SaaS certification (preferred or in-progress).
  • Experience with cloud-based IAM deployments, hybrid identity solutions, and containerized environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, REST APIs).
  • Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOX).
  • Prior consulting or enterprise-level implementation experience with IBM Security solutions.
