Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead delivery of complex technology projects within a multi-year enterprise data roadmap. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both business and technical leadership, supporting transformation initiatives in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery execution skills particularly within data platforms and analytics domains.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large, complex projects with accountability across estimating, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, reporting, and change management.

Oversee multiple concurrent projects, including app development, infrastructure, vendor integrations, and process/tool development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals and successful solution delivery.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans (WBS, milestones, dependencies, critical paths).

Manage project outcomes to ensure alignment with long-term organizational goals.

Lead project governance and reporting across stakeholder groups.

Serve as a primary point of contact between IT, business teams, and external vendors.

Promote team engagement and continuous performance improvement.

Apply project management best practices as defined by PMO/COE standards.


Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in IT project/program management

Prior experience with data and analytics projects is a strong plus

Bachelor s degree (preferably in Technology/Computer Science or related field)

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies

Proficiency in project tools: MS Project, Jira, Planview, Leankit, etc.

Understanding of P&C insurance or financial domain is a plus

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills

Strong ability to connect dependencies and anticipate risks before they arise
