Job Description:

We are actively seeking a highly experienced Lead SailPoint Developer for a long-term W2 contract based in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Identity Governance, Cybersecurity, and SailPoint IIQ development, with hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable IAM solutions.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

  • Architect identity management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ

  • Translate business needs into scalable technical requirements

  • Design provisioning and certification life cycles

Development & Implementation:

  • Develop, customize, and implement SailPoint IIQ solutions

  • Create and manage integrations/connectors with enterprise systems

  • Code and configure workflows, rules, and policies

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead a team of developers, offering mentorship and guidance

  • Act as the SME for SailPoint development efforts

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery

  • Manage IAM project deliverables and timelines

Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint issues

  • Provide ongoing system maintenance and optimization

Required Experience:

  • 15+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  • Minimum 6+ years of strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ

  • Deep understanding of user lifecycle, certification, policy enforcement, and provisioning

  • Development experience with Java, Beanshell, XML

  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, REST/SOAP APIs

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in SailPoint or cybersecurity domains

  • Experience in GRC, Data Security, or Cloud IAM (AWS/Azure)
