Position: Senior Tax Manager Pass-Through Entities
Location: Tampa, FL | Hybrid Work Model
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced tax professional to lead tax compliance and advisory
services for a variety of pass-through entities in industries such as construction,
manufacturing, retail, and professional services. This role is ideal for someone who
thrives in a leadership environment, is passionate about client success, and enjoys
working in a collaborative and growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee tax compliance and consulting for partnerships and S corporations across
diverse industry sectors.
Perform and document tax research while interpreting Internal Revenue Code
provisions and Treasury Regulations.
Independently manage client relationships, including engagement oversight, billing, and
collections.
Act as a brand ambassador for the firm by engaging positively in both professional and
community settings.
Contribute to business development efforts, including responding to RFPs and
preparing proposals for potential clients.
Mentor and support junior tax team members through ongoing training and
development.
Coordinate multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring deliverables meet quality
standards and deadlines.
Participate in firm committees and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client service
and staff experience.
Demonstrate strong leadership, time management, and team collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications:
At least 7 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax planning and
research.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
Active CPA license.
Preferred Credentials:
Master of Taxation or LL.M. in Taxation.
Familiarity with CCH ProSystems (Engagement, Document modules preferred).
