Description
SAIC is actively seeking a System Administrator to support RITS. This is a fully remote role. This role focuses on providing technical support for AutoDesk applications within the USACE IT environment. The technician will be involved in packaging, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting AutoDesk applications. They will also liaise with software vendors and work closely with the Software Packaging Team. A significant part of the role involves supporting the integration of AutoDesk Vault and Revit. The technician will also be responsible for system administration, monitoring, and performance optimization. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Description

Key Responsibilities Breakdown:
- Technical Support: Hands-on and remote support for AutoDesk applications.
- Packaging and Deployment: Packaging AutoDesk applications for deployment, monitoring the packaging process.
- Troubleshooting: Resolving system and end-user issues, escalating when necessary.
- Vendor Liaison: Interfacing with software vendors.
- Testing and Certification: Testing and certifying new versions of AutoDesk software.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience; four (4) years of experience are accepted in lieu of a degree.
Required Skills:
- Communication Skills: Ability to interface with clients, gather requirements, and facilitate meetings. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- AutoDesk Vault and Revit experience (integration, implementation, server management, security/access control).
- SQL Scripting (Documentum).
Required Clearance:
- Interim Secret Clearance is required to begin employment; Secret Security Clearance is required to maintain employment.
Required Certifications:
- CompTIA Security+
Desired Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience in AutoDesk applications management and administration, particularly with Vault and Revit.
