Job Description – Oracle CX Sales Solution Architect
Location: FL (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CX Sales Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle CX Sales Cloud to lead solution architecture, design, and implementation for a Construction & Engineering client. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, define sales processes, and manage end-to-end CX Sales Cloud delivery, including integrations and data flows.
This role requires strong functional leadership, hands-on solutioning capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders in a hybrid client environment.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle CX Sales Cloud.
Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
Design scalable, industry-aligned sales processes for Construction & Engineering.
Develop high-level and detailed solution designs, data models, and architecture diagrams.
Functional Leadership
Serve as the primary CX Sales Cloud SME for stakeholders and project teams.
Align solution capabilities with sales operations, forecasting, opportunity management, and account planning.
Provide oversight for configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Integrations & Data Management
Architect and manage integrations with ERP, CPQ, Marketing, and external systems.
Define master data, data migration strategy, mapping, and data quality requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams on API design, batch integrations, and middleware orchestration.
Project Delivery & Governance
Support project planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
Provide guidance to functional consultants, developers, and QA teams.
Ensure solution adherence to best practices, security policies, and performance standards.
Support UAT, issue resolution, and production rollout activities.
Required Skills & Experience
14+ years of experience in Oracle CX Applications and at least 5 years in Oracle CX Sales Cloud.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large-scale CX Sales implementations.

Prior experience in Construction, Engineering, or Field Services industries preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and interact with senior stakeholders.
Experience working in hybrid or on-site client environments.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Oracle CPQ or CX Engagement Cloud.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience with CRM analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
Understanding of sales operations processes and best practices.
