Job Details
Role: SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) Expert
Location: Remote, NY.
Experience:
oMinimum of [X] years of experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) or
similar customer data management platforms.
oStrong experience in integrating SAP CDP with other systems, including SAP
S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and external marketing
platforms (CRM, CMS, etc.).
oProven experience in customer data management, segmentation, and personalization
strategies.
oFamiliarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and how they relate to
customer data handling.
Technical Skills:
oIn-depth knowledge of SAP Customer Data Cloud or other customer data platforms
(e.g., Salesforce CDP, Adobe Experience Platform).
oStrong understanding of data integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Data
Intelligence) and data transformation processes.
oExperience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP
Business Warehouse).
oFamiliarity with cloud environments and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, SAP Business
Technology Platform).
oProficiency in SQL and data querying for analysis and reporting.
Soft Skills:
oExcellent analytical skills with a focus on deriving insights from large datasets to
drive business decisions.
oStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-
functional teams, including marketing, IT, and business leaders.
oAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and
deadlines.
oStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues
efficiently.
