MUST HAVE LIQUIDITY RISK MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
**Overview:**
We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to join our Treasury business unit, focusing on Liquidity Risk Management (LRM), interest rate risk, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and software deployment within scaled PMO organizations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage projects within the Treasury business unit, specifically targeting liquidity and interest rate risk.
- Drive initiatives related to regulatory compliance under the consent order.
- Oversee business process improvements and software deployment projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business operations, IT, and compliance.
- Ensure project delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Provide strategic insights and guidance on AML-related initiatives (preferred but not required).
**Required Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in Liquidity Risk Management and Treasury operations.
- Strong understanding of large-scale PMO structures and project governance.
- Background in banking regulatory compliance, preferably within retail banking.
- Demonstrated experience in business process optimization and software implementation.
- Familiarity with interest rate risk and consent order-related projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $100.00/hr.
