Required Education & Experience

Option 2: A Master's degree and 5+ years of experience.

Required Skills
UX Design Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of UX Design experience.
Software Proficiency: 3+ years of experience with design tools, with 1+ years of professional Figma experience required.
Project Experience: Proven experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
Autonomy: Comfortable working autonomously with product and engineering teams.

Job Responsibilities
Work with product teams to design and deliver high-quality, client-centered, effective, consistent, and usable interfaces.
Work closely with business analysts, business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to obtain and understand business requirements.
Create user interface specifications by applying user research, design standards, and industry best practices.
Participate in design review sessions with product teams, acquiring consensus and getting approvals on designs and documentation.
Work with the product owner to ensure deliverables accommodate project timelines, budgets, and constraints.
Act as a user experience advocate regarding principles of user experience and user-centered design.
Support the evolution of the Customer Experience (CX) portfolio, roadmap, and reference architecture.
Drive customer experience strategy and best practices to implement applications and platforms.
Support the production of concept service designs and create artifacts like personas, journey maps, and storyboards.
Effectively collaborate with other architects and data/content owners to define elements needed to deliver the experience.
