Luna Data Solutions has an immediate part-time contract position opening (contract term approximately 6 months, with possible extension) for a Power Apps/Power Platform Developer I resource with our public sector industry client located in Austin, TX. *This is a 100% remote position. This is a part-time contract in which this resource will work approximately 15 to 20 hours/week.

Role: Power Apps/Power Platform Developer I

Role Description:
This resource is responsible for creating and managing solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite, which includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Applications: Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps to address specific business needs
  2. Automate Workflows: Use Power Automate to create and manage automated workflows that streamline business processes
  3. Data Visualization: Develop and maintain data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI to provide actionable insights
  4. Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (like SharePoint) and third-party applications to ensure seamless operation
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  6. Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and training to users to ensure they can effectively use the solutions developed
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Power Apps Developer, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
