This position is for a proposal with the United State Capital Police; current or previous experience is required. A Letter of Intent might be required to be signed to be submitted along with your resume.
Position Summary: The Lead Windows Administrator oversees comprehensive endpoint management and IT workflows, ensuring secure end-user experiences through patch management, software deployment, encryption, and automation activities across the enterprise Windows environment.

- Advanced Group Policy management and troubleshooting experience
- Security best practices knowledge with Active Directory security implementation capability
- Active Directory backup and recovery solutions expertise
- Proven experience with BIOS management, BitLocker encryption management, Microsoft administrative tools, M365 and Azure management systems, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and Intune Entra AD
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise patch management processes with thorough testing protocols
- Oversee software deployment, encryption management, and IT workflow automation
- Monitor and address security vulnerabilities in coordination with security teams
- Utilize scripting and automation tools including PowerShell, Ansible, SCCM, and Intune
- Optimize desktop engineering processes through automation implementation
