Description:
Our client is looking for an admin/dev with expertise in the Microsoft 365 Dynamics platform. You will focus on the continued operations, administration and development/enhancements of our clients D365 platform.

This role will require someone to work hybrid in St. Louis OR be willing to travel in a every few months for client meetings.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $65-$75/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Description:
  • Architect, implement, test, and deploy required functionality in MS Dynamics CRM following Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Use entities, workflow, PowerApps and Power Automate appropriately to provide the most efficient solution
  • Create/update different entities, workflows, forms/UI, security profiles based on business requirements
  • Strategize, design, and implement security, which restricts access only to key CRM data/entity/form only for privileged users
  • Lead CRM deployment activities and document the deployment plan/check list
  • Assist in implementing automated testing
  • Implement best practices for design, planning, response model development in efforts to increase constituent engagement.
  • Act as a technical liaison for CRM and integrated applications
  • Perform business and data analysis to understand the operation model and underlying data characteristics of the various internal clients using CRM
  • Work with Product Manager to create successful roadmap for CRM and related integrated applications


Experience Requirements:
Qualifications
  • 5 years' Full life-cycle Microsoft D365 Sales, Service, Field Service, and/or Project Service implementation experience including experience with PowerApps and Power Automate \ workflows and a combination of the following:
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration certification helpful
    • Experience with Outlook integration and queues
    • Strong time management, organizational and follow-up skills
    • Work successfully with minimal supervision
    • Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
    • Experience with information security standards and assessment processes
