Job Summary:  

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record in driving revenue through strategic B2B SaaS marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in our mission to expand the market presence of our primary ERP solutions, Infor and Acumatica. As a key player in our marketing team, you will both plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels to attract, nurture, and convert prospects. You will foster a data-driven marketing approach. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to attract new prospects and nurture existing leads, with a strong focus on ROI and revenue growth. 

  • Own content syndication for net new demand generation: Design, plan, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across platformsoptimizing for each stage of the prospect journey to enhance lead generation and sales pipeline. 

  • Generate compelling written, video and graphic content, ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals and resonates with our target audience (manufacturing and distribution). 

  • Utilize analytics to monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance, making data-informed decisions to improve outcomes continually.  

  • Craft and implement targeted nurture programs to convert leads into business opportunities, leveraging insights into prospect behavior and preferences. 

  • Enhance content distribution across all platforms, employing robust SEO/AEO and PPC strategies to maximize reach and engagement. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility. 

  • Collaborate with the sales and BDR team to create aligned marketing and sales strategies that effectively communicate the value of our ERP solutions. 

  • Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time. 

  • Responsible for net new marketing of Infor CloudSuite Industrial and Acumatica ERP. 

  • Key Metric for measurement will be increasing sales pipeline (SQL volume and Pipeline value) 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

  • At least 5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector. ERP and/or Channel experience is highly desirable. 

  • Proficiency in managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid digital platforms, including proof of driving results 

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using marketing analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for crafting persuasive messages and building productive partnerships. 

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and CRM systems to streamline marketing and sales processes. 

  • A creative mindset, with a portfolio that showcases impactful marketing campaigns and projects.
