Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product/Program Manager with strong expertise in SAP, supply chain, and business operations to join our team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT, and supply chain leaders to drive initiatives that optimize operational efficiency, improve system capabilities, and deliver business value. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering scalable solutions aligned with enterprise priorities and leveraging SAP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, PP, and SCM modules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap for supply chain and operations-related systems and processes from a business perspective, driving alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional programs and projects involving SAP supply chain modules to improve order management, procurement, production planning, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements, ensuring proper documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with IT and SAP functional teams to validate solution design and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Manage change across the organization by leading UAT, coordinating training, and developing communication plans.
  • Analyze supply chain processes and KPIs to identify areas for continuous improvement and system enhancement.
  • Act as the liaison between supply chain operations and technology teams to ensure seamless system integration and optimal business performance.
  • Drive governance, risk management, and compliance in supply chain programs, including SOX and audit support where applicable.
  • Track and report on program metrics, milestones, and deliverables to executive sponsors and steering committees.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in product or program management, with a strong focus on SAP and supply chain operations.
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, PP, SCM, and/or S/4HANA.
  • Proven experience leading business transformation initiatives, system implementations, or large-scale supply chain programs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and business process reengineering.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, or other reporting/PM platforms.
