- Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

- Duration : Permanent
- Work Location : The role will be 100% onsite for the first six months. After that, it will transition to a hybrid schedule (three days onsite, two days remote). The candidate will alternate between two locations: 8840 E. Chaparral Rd., Suite 285, Scottsdale, AZ 85250 and 10901 E. McDowell Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85256

- They must have software experience (Not infrastructure)
- Experience with OCHIN EPIC would be a huge plus
Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of all IT projects, focusing on clinical healthcare systems. This role guides project teams toward ultimate business solutions, ensuring proper planning, resource allocation, budget management, and client satisfaction.
Strong healthcare IT background knowledge of EMR/EHR systems (EPIC required, OCHIN EPIC preferred), medical workflows, and clinical end-user needs
- Ability to partner with doctors, nurses, and medical staff as peers.
- Experience with healthcare IT project management supporting clinical applications like radiology, lab, or patient-facing systems (not infrastructure-focused).
- Project management expertise (PMP preferred) with experience leading complex IT projects in healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with grant-funded programs and reporting is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years in a technology-related role, including:
- 5+ years in IT project management.
- 5+ years supporting end-user IT requirements.
- 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience managing healthcare IT projects, especially EMR/EHR systems like EPIC.
- Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, and standard office tools.
