Immediate need for a talented Application Development Engineer (Golang). This is a 12 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Ohio (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Some hand holding is acceptable.
  • Assigned fewer complex stories.
  • Can request support from the Lead Developer.
  • Stories committed in the sprint must be delivered.
  • Typical stories are 6 8 points and should be completed in 6 8 hours.
  • In a 10-day sprint, they should work on assigned stories for at least 6 7 days.
  • Story complexity will determine workload.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-FHIR, GOLANG, API
  • 4 years of experience.
  • FHIR experience and understanding of FHIR standards required.
  • Ability to develop APIs using Golang.
  • FHIR experience is more important than Golang.
  • Delivering clean, secure, and reliable code in Golang and Data handling in FHIR
  • Ensures code meets quality gates, coverage, and follows CI/CD best practices.
  • Works closely with Senior and Lead Engineers to clarify requirements and design details
  • A bachelor s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
