Job Title: Sr. Manager, Oracle ERP
Location: Raleigh, NC
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of ERP specialists, including offshore, onshore, and third-party resources, ensuring efficient system operations and project execution.
  • Provide technical and functional leadership for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, defining a strategic roadmap for system enhancements and optimizing its capabilities to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to streamline business processes, maximize out-of-the-box functionalities, and implement tailored solutions where necessary.
  • Oversee Oracle Cloud Fusion module implementations, including Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and related integrations.
  • Drive business process transformation by leveraging Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and financial operations best practices.
  • Manage quarterly updates and release cycles for Oracle Cloud Fusion, ensuring seamless adoption of new features through rigorous testing and training initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee the documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and system workflows to support enhancements and optimizations.
  • Lead and coordinate issue resolution efforts, working closely with IT support teams to establish a robust incident management framework.
  • Identify training needs and create knowledge-sharing opportunities to enhance internal competencies in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP solutions.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to internal team members as well as external consulting partners.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as BI Publisher, SmartView, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) to deliver meaningful insights for finance and business leaders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing ERP financial modules, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials.
  • Strong expertise in ERP application testing, including defining test scenarios, writing test scripts, and validating system configurations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials, with additional experience in Procurement and Inventory being a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, system configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing key Oracle Cloud Fusion modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools such as BI Publisher, SmartView, and FRS, with the ability to generate actionable business insights.
  • Deep understanding of finance-related workflows, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report, with a focus on optimizing these processes through Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with finance, IT, and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive system enhancements, and ensure continuous process improvements in an enterprise ERP environment.
