Job Title: Tableau Developer

Location: United States Remote (CT Hours)
Contract Role 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Tableau Developer with strong expertise in building dashboards and delivering data visualisations to support large-scale business decisions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tableau, Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and enhance Tableau dashboards with complex filters, parameters, calculated fields, and layouts.

  • Work closely with business users to gather feedback and implement changes to improve usability.

  • Support demand forecasting and supply chain planning use cases.

  • Handle high-volume UI feature requests, focusing on hierarchy manipulation (product, customer, date).

  • Develop parameter-driven views to provide multiple data perspectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, accuracy, and performance.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Tableau (database connections, filters, parameters, layouts, calculated fields).

  • Experience with BigQuery / Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).

  • Ability to work with parameterised views and hierarchy manipulations.

  • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Background in supply chain or operations.

  • Experience with demand forecasting or planning systems.

  • Knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, and business logic integration.
