Piper Enterprise Solutions is currently looking for a Project Manager to be a part of an innovative Life Insurance company in Durham, NC focused on leveraging technology and agility to help clients achieve and protect their dreams. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects across multiple departments and must be able to think on their feet. This position is a hybrid, permanent role that is 3 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in project management, is versatile in working with different departments, understands Agile and PMP principles, and is quick to pick up on business conversations and ask good questions.
Responsibilities of Project Manager include:
Coordinate projects across departments to bring successful outcomes
Responsible for developing project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, budget, scope, and key deliverables
Anticipate, mitigate, and monitor risks/issues proactively throughout the project
Qualification of Project Manager include:
4-5 years of experience in project management
Experience in diverse project management fields not limited to IT or engineering
Understanding of Agile and PMP principles
Agility in conversational skills and comprehensive business understanding
Degree in related fields (business, finance, technology, etc.)
Compensation for Project Manager include:
Salary: $100,000- $120,000 **depending on experience**
10% annual bonus
