What You'll Do
- Design and simulate RF systems using industry-standard tools.
- Develop and execute test procedures to evaluate system performance.
- Troubleshoot and optimize RF systems in both lab and field environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into larger network architectures.
- Document findings and produce detailed reports on design and testing results.
- Stay ahead of emerging RF technologies and propose innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with RF/Microwave concentration.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in RF/microwave system design and testing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with RF design tools (EDX, Pathloss), RF measurement equipment (spectrum/network analyzers), and understanding of impedance matching, link budgets, and modulation schemes.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus Points: Experience with LTE/5G, WiFi, microwave/mmWave, satellite, or defense applications; knowledge of FCC/NTIA compliance; familiarity with leading manufacturers like Nokia, Motorola, Cambium, Siklu, and Commscope.
