About the Role

Join a leading network integration team dedicated to building mission-critical communications infrastructure. We design and deliver Public Safety-grade networks for local governments, critical infrastructure operators, and enterprise clients who demand reliable, high-performance connectivity. As we expand, we're looking for an innovative RF/Microwave Engineer to help shape the next generation of resilient wireless systems.

What You'll Do

  • Design and simulate RF systems using industry-standard tools.
  • Develop and execute test procedures to evaluate system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize RF systems in both lab and field environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into larger network architectures.
  • Document findings and produce detailed reports on design and testing results.
  • Stay ahead of emerging RF technologies and propose innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with RF/Microwave concentration.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in RF/microwave system design and testing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with RF design tools (EDX, Pathloss), RF measurement equipment (spectrum/network analyzers), and understanding of impedance matching, link budgets, and modulation schemes.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with LTE/5G, WiFi, microwave/mmWave, satellite, or defense applications; knowledge of FCC/NTIA compliance; familiarity with leading manufacturers like Nokia, Motorola, Cambium, Siklu, and Commscope.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
