Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Hybrid / Bluffton, SC

A client in the MSP space looking to hire a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. They are rapidly growing and acquiring more clients throughout the US. Right now, they have clients in the Bluffton, SC area and they need an Infrastructure engineer to help address their IT needs.

Tech wise, they are looking for someone having experience with Windows, O365, VMWare or Hyper-V for virtualization and any networking experience. This is a full-time direct hire hybrid role 2 days onsite in Bluffton, SC.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Ability to travel
• Prior experience in system engineering and delivering on IT projects
• Proficiency in system administration, network protocols, hardware configuration, and software deployment
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies - VMWare and or Hyper-V
• Knowledge of cloud platforms - Azure
• Familiar with security principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments

Desired Skills & Experience

• Any relevant industry certifications are a plus - such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), etc.
