Job Details
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations, specifically with SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in IAM tools, strong leadership in project delivery, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and manage change control processes.
Coordinate with application owners for onboarding of systems into SailPoint.
Oversee development and configuration of workflows, policies, and connectors within SailPoint IIQ.
Ensure alignment with security policies, compliance (SOX, GDPR), and governance frameworks.
Track and report project status to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Manage cross-functional teams, vendor resources, and drive resolution of technical issues and escalations.
