RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
* Lead ERP evaluation and implementation efforts, providing guidance on system selection, integration, and optimization
* Support software development initiatives by contributing to architecture discussions, requirement definitions, and testing strategies
* Manage and document the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and best practices
* Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops, technical reviews, and solution presentations
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through technology
* Provide ongoing support and expertise for cloud-based infrastructure and services
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis with a strong technical focus
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
* Experience with data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools
* Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure environments
* ERP Systems: Strong knowledge of ERP evaluation and assistance, including vendor analysis and implementation support
* Software Development: Background in software engineering or development, with the ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions
* SDLC Expertise: Proven experience managing and documenting the Software Development Life Cycle in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
