Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of an HCP Loyalty Program (APP 2.0). This position will drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, IT, and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth program delivery, milestone tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
You will act as the central point of coordination for multiple strategic initiatives spanning the loyalty program and customer-facing portals.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on program leader with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to manage complex interdependencies across large organizations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee planning and execution of the HCP Loyalty Program and related portal initiatives.
Drive roadmap and dependency management across multiple cross-functional teams.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and key milestone tracking.
Partner with business and technology leads to identify risks and mitigation plans.
Communicate progress and key updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of deliverables with strategic goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in program or project management roles.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong experience with roadmap and development management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).
Must be onsite daily in North Chicago, IL.
Nice to Have:
Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
Exposure to e-commerce or loyalty program projects.
Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
Additional Details:
Duration: Long-term contract

Work Schedule: Full-time, onsite, standard business hours
